Our Expectations:

Our Cabinet Sales & Design consultant is the first, and last, point of contact for all our clients.  
It’s pivotal to have someone who can ensure a legendary experience from start to finish, either over the phone or in person. This individual should be effective with using selling skills, computer design skills, and have strong product knowledge to secure and complete the sale that exceeds the customers expectations.  

Your Role:

  • Assist customers with information/product requirements
  • Through effective questioning and listening techniques, identify and qualify customer requirements
  • Provide appropriate information on suggested products and alternatives, clearly explaining features and benefits, and providing application advice as required
  • Book appointment with customers for one-on-one consultations
  • Working with new leads on a rotation in the showroom
  • Cold call leads, and generate new leads
  • Source product for customers, prepare customized orders, confirm specifications
  • Submit custom orders, and process drawings efficiently and accurately to establish and confirm price, along with available delivery date
  • Build and sustain customer relationships, and drive referral business
  • Perform on-site measures
  • Perform after-sales follow up
  • Resolve customer complaints and concerns including investigating, clarifying and adhering to company policy, and taking the appropriate action to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Expected to work one Saturday a month on rotation, and evening appointments to meet business needs  

Qualifications:

  • Cabinet Sales experience (min. 2 years)
  • Must be able to sketch a kitchen and bath layout
  • Must be able to read and interpret blueprints and knowledgeable in building codes
  • Valid driver’s license and a reliable vehicle
  • Knowledge of 2020
  • Ability to recognize customers desires and translate them into cabinetry and room
  • Strong ability to cold call leads, and close sales
  • Strong knowledge of sales principles, methods, practices, and techniques
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Must be able to work under pressure
  • Exemplifies strong multitasking ability  

Mobility:

  • Valid driver’s license and a reliable vehicle.  
  • Expected to work one Saturday a month on rotation, and evening appointments to meet business needs  
  • Ability to travel locally to meet customers.
